Throughout three years, John Dewey Academy of Learning was able to collect more than 20 tons of garlic mustard. After collecting the garlic mustard, we prepared a meal for more than 200 homeless persons in Green Bay. In the second year participating, I was the expediting chef, and in the final year, I took over as the executive chef, creating and modifying the menu from scratch. In total, across four years, my classmates and I fed over 700 and collected more than 20 tons of garlic mustard.
